Birthright Citizenship - Safe for Now

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the 14h Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship to nearly all children born in the United States, regardless of their parents' immigration status. The landmark decision struck down the President’s 2025 executive order that attempted to deny citizenship to children of undocumented immigrants and temporary visitors.
